Selection Criteria
The Board monthly votes for 1 or 2 Associate members and 1 Builder dependent on involvement in activities within the MCBA, such as:
- Following the Mission of the MCBA
- Contributions to Community
- Involvement and/or participation with MCBA and other Housing related events.
The selected members are then awarded a certificate at the next regularly scheduled General Membership Meeting.
The Members vote in January to choose the Associate and Builder of the Year from these monthly winners.
