The Monroe County Commissioners have proposed a comprehensive land-use plan. This plan is the foundation of future local zoning ordinances that will affect you. Homeowners, employees, business owners and land owners will all be impacted. Many who have reviewed the plan feel it will negatively impact housing, employment and government revenue in Monroe County.
